Swami Yogajyoti is a highly respected teacher within the Satyananda Yoga tradition. Her first introduction to Satyananda Yoga was in 1988; she then spent the following two years moving between Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales and the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, India.
She returned to Munger from 1992 and lived and worked there as a sannyasi until 2005. During this time, she was intensely involved in the delivery of many courses, including those mounted by Bihar Yoga University.
In 2005 she returned to Cork in Ireland, where she now teaches yoga classes, seminars and In-Service Training for Yoga teachers.
She brings to this day her deep understanding of Yoga practices as taught to her by both Swami Satyananda and Swami Niranjanananda.
With a keen insight into what makes people ‘tick’, Neasa became one of the first advanced Emotional Freedom Technique in Cork, studying with AAMET, and then with EFT founder Gary Craig.
As professional singer, crippling stage fright led her to EFT Tapping . She now specialises in performance anxiety. More recent work is in conjunction with Prof. Ivor Browne, unveiling underlying emotional causes in clients labelled with clinical depression and bi-polar disorder.
Neasa is an Advanced EFT therapist with a B.A.Psychology.

Katie is a research engineer and outdoor provider with a passion (obsession some might say!) for nutrition. After developing an auto-immune condition two years ago, she was uninspired by the conventional medical approach of treating the symptoms only and through dedicated research, Katie self-taught in the area of nutrition with the intention of addressing the root cause of her condition. This was a much longer and more complicated journey than it needed to be! So with this new found passion and knowledge, she started “A Gut Feeling” to provide an introductory resource for people in the same position as she once was. Her aim is to provide information on the role of nutrition in chronic illnesses while providing delicious recipes to show you how tasty a healthy supportive diet can be and allow you to start the process of healing yourself.
